" I called Alltronics and left a message on a Friday morning. My call was
returned within a few hours and the repairman said he would come by at
the end of the day. He arrived a little after 5:30 pm and quickly
diagnosed the problem. The computer for this TV was not being made any
longer and so he said he would take it back to the shop, repair it and
return on Monday. He gave us an estimate for the repair which was
accurate. He returned late Monday afternoon and installed the repaired
part. He was careful in moving our TV and very professional. I was
impressed he responded so quickly to my call and was able to come out

" Repairman came to my house to examine problem with Samsung DLP TV.
Repairman was very efficient in his taking appart the tv to seek the
problem, stating that he had just worked on two other sets of the same
brand. He found that there was a fault in the main data board that
would be very expensive to replace. not including a new light that would
probably be needed in the near future since the set was over 4 years
